You buy his bike at 11k without any trade ins, or 6k with the trade in. Thats the only deal I could see.

Tell him to put a number on each bike individually. Out the door except for tax, title/registration. Then you can shop around and compare apples to apples. I'll give you $100 more for the Bonnie than he offers you.
