Go straight (if that's your thing) then turn rt at the last street on the left. Don't look rt but after you pass the 5 o'clock shadow on the rt turn south. It will be right there on the north.

the showroom is going to open in July , delivery would start by august I suppose . what all to check while buying it ?

If it's a new bike there's nothing to check except your wallet. Pretty bulletproof bike now, most bugs have been worked out.
