SOLD!
What you see is what you get. Mounts directly to the subframe. It's in great condition except for one missing quarter-turn fastener, which doesn't seem to affect the stability of the rack. Twisted throttle sells the rack for $170 and the adaptor plate for $53. How about $125 shipped for everything?

Where does it bolt? Under the seat and hang out behind the tail? Is it big enough for a back pack? Can you see the brake light with it on or does it sit too close for any cars/ trucks higher than it? I may be interested if you can fit a backpack on it without blocking the taillight and remove the assembly quickly.

Do you have to mount to passenger pegs?
Looks like not
Here's an example of this rack installed, with a bag on top:
And another:
As you can see it does not obscure the tail light. You remove the seat, unbolt the filler panel between the tail light and seat, and bolt this rack on. It attaches to the subframe under the seat. No permanent modifications necessary. I believe you would have no issues mounting an average size back-pack to this rack.

I have one, without the adaptor plate. takes about 5 minutes to fit or remove. I like it.

The large removable rack portion measures approximately 10.5x17", the smaller "base" portion is about 10x9".
