You are a lucky mofo. Make sure you don't sign anything that releases her or the insurance company until you get heathy. It took a while for me to find out I had a ruptured disk from a wreak and it was too late to do anything after I signed.

I can't be sure, but I think the physical injury and motorcycle parts of the claim are treated as separate issues. I will ask the claim handlers thanks for the heads up, a ruptured disc sounds rather bad, did they fuse the vertebra or are you still suffering.

When I had my accident it was!!
Bike was repaired right away and physical injures almost 8/10months later. Once insurance get the report from dealer they may send someone out or they may not but at that point they will agree or not on the repairs and go ahead on fixing it or paying you off. They will pay physical only once you will declare that you are fit or if you take a settlement.

A girl turned in front of me back in June, I was doing about 35 to 40 mph while she was on her phone not looking at me. My bike was totaled and I ended up in the back of a parked car. My frame was broken in two places and my front wheel was in my radiator haha. Glad your ok man! it has taken me about 8 months to be totally mobile again. I just ordered my new S3 yesterday... I cant wait to get back in the saddle!!!!!!! Get another one!!!!!!!!
