After hearing Power Tripp sing the praises of what these folks can do for fat guys on the S3, i have decided to pull the trigger.

Planning on tearing the forks off next week now that my Pit Bull front stand is here (super nice).

They are having a special now on their fork kits and Penske rear shocks 8983/8987. Think im going to get the 8987.

Obviously I'm going to post results, but figured i would start the thread a few weeks early so ya'll could stew about it. Also to see how long it is before it spirals down to talking about dildos, or guns, or buying a house, or magnesium rims, or hot tubs and ECR, or kangaroos, or what engine oil to use, or how cool Power Tripp is, or how hilariously inappropriate Dbl can be, or how short some guys are, or why the hell Harley rides so many bikes, but no dudes, etc, etc.

I'm going to do the same thing before the end of the month. I live close enough that I can ride it down and get the forks and shock fixed in one day.

Okay got up to Traxxion today. Dropped the forks off and ordered the penske 8987. Mike in sales was also nice enough to give me a complete tour of the joint. And eventhough I wanted a Red Ryder BB gun, I was in such awe, all I could stammer was, "yea, a football." Basically counting the days until I can get the bike thrown back together and on the road..

I have other things on the bike pulled apart so it was going to be sitting anyway, but still anxious as a little kid!

I think the thing that cracks me up about you the most is the fact you are obviously smart as a mo'fo. Every now and then you post something up that makes that obvious despite ur extremely "shitty" sense of humor. I imagine you sitting in your house, looking left and right to ensure noone is watching to catch you post up something smart..

The guy at traxxion actually cracked me up too when he politely explained that their titanium would not be advantages at the ranges my bike would require.

He basically said in a tactful way, you're too fat for out titanium springs, stick to steel you husky bastard...what a salesman
