Removed my header for ceramic coating but am having a bitch of a time getting the copper crush gaskets out... any tricks? Also, the mesh gasket where the header attaches to the mid pipe, should I remove it as well? And if so, any trick for that? Thanks!
Flathead screwdriver.
Tried that, but they're really wedged in there, I don't want to risk damaging the port surface
get a curved seal pick (dental pick) and get behind the gasket and give a tug.

Thats the one. Keep at it. Maybe heat it up some first. I had mine off a couple years ago. It didnt take much to get them out. Perhaps yours were over torqued when the pipes were put on. Either way, your on the right track. I used a set of picks similar to the dental pick recommended above.
