    Powder coating Bulb Rings $50

    I've been wanting to powder coat my rings. I've done them with paint ,but up close, they look bad. I got a quote for satin black at $50 if they can get them with another batch. Really? It costs that much?

    Seems reasonable. There's going to be a minimum charge to open the tool box. Between prep work, application, baking, and paperwork there's more than an hour of labor in there.

    That's a good deal - I'd do like dougie and bring them all the junk you want done at once, it'll be cheaper.
