Thanks for putting it up Catahoulabulldog.
Avi8tor - That is good to know, I haven't seen the service buletin with the update. All specs are straight from the manual with SAE conversions added.
I have been using this for a while and decided to share. I printed it off and put copies in my manual.
Nice to have those all in one place. I changed the front wheel spec in the file I downloaded, it would be good to change the source file. The conversion of 95 Nm is 70.07 lbf-lb (not that any torque wrench is accurate to 4 significant figures).
Brake Caliper torque spec change - reduced from 40nm to 35nm
Supposedly another service bullitin on this, I am trying to confirm.
This file has been updated for the Service Bulletins mentioned above. These changes are indicated in red, as are the specs for the header - since so many have asked.
It is available in pdf format in the DOWNLOADS section. I hope this helps.
Great thanks to Catahoulabulldog for uploading the updated file.![]()
It is easy. To go from Nm to Lb/Ft, take the Nm figure and (x) it by .737
40Nm= 40(x).737=29.48Lb/Ft I would torque it to 29.5 Lb/Ft
