    Wheelie!!!!!!

So tonight was the first night that i was able to get the front off the ground and i must say it is much smoother than my previous bike which was a 1999 Suzuki TL1000S. I was wondering if any of you guys have any techniques to get it off the ground easier. The way i am doing it now is by bringing it up to 3k(rpm) opening up the throttle, closing it and snapping it open real quick. Any other ways?

in what, 1st gear? if so, try that at around 5k... or clutch it up in 2nd and point her to the sky.
Motorcycling is not, of itself, inherently dangerous. It is, however, extremely unforgiving of inattention, ignorance, incompetence, or stupidity

You should be able to lift the wheel with an aggressive twist of the throttle from 3k on in first gear. Make sure you are sitting up straight and covering the rear brake. Progressively grab more and more throttle. You should be able to loft the front more and carry it further with practice.

Note someone needs to write a how to wheelie thread and make it a sticky!

Wait I found one I posted a while back... Sticky time.

    Check this thread out. https://www.thespeedtriple.com/Forums...p?topic=1066.0
