[QUOTE=2doggs;722023]This concept of Christmas in the summer struck me in a profound way. Never thought of it like that. You Austrians truly are ass-backwards.

The cold can of beer is as chilly as it gets round here. No better way to spend Christmas day than knocking the froth of a cold one a big steak on the barbi and a dip in the pool. You cant knock it till you've tried, this will be my 11th summer Christmas and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I haven't actually been off the road. Even though the switch was destroyed, I can still turn the bike on and off if I hold the key in exactly the right position.

Good to know you've not been disadvantaged by it Chewie, and if someone totally shags up my switch that my bike will still start. Just wondering how you set off holding the key in exactly the right position and does it switch off if say you hit a bump and your hand moves it slightly.
