If it's real tight and more suited to a 600 supersports, then muscling and hustling Speedy, dragging knees is the answer, however faster less tight corners are more likely to depend on cornering line taken - often quicker without dragging - the exception being a fast sweeping bend where you're cranked over dragging the knee at the better part of 100-110mph.
With that said, bike set up plays a big part in the bike's performance and handling. Fitting Ohlins rear shock and some aftermarket Rearsets has meant I can corner at the same pace, and in some cases faster, without needing to drag the knee anymore.
You will gain more from that than anything.

Hmmm. That was suppose to in the Post Whores thread. Not sure what happened. But yes, I believe this will also help you get faster in and out if corners, as well as rest areas and truck stops.
