    2011+ 2nd Gear wheelies

For those of you struggling with 2nd gear wheelies like I was, Try scooting back on the seat as far as your arms will let you go and plant all of your weight in your ass. You should now be able to clutch her up in second and for the heavier guys, roll ons should be possible too. I'm 6'4'' 195lbs and I have no problem bouncing it up. Give it a try and let me know how it goes.

THanks for that. i'll give it a go tomorrow. I did a wheelie last week but i cant exactly remember how i did it. lol. when you pull the clutch in second gear, do you pull it in all the way? What rev range do you do it at?? i've watched youtube videos and all that but now i just need to go out and practice practice practice.

Im 265 nekked and my 06 won't do roll on wheelies.. I just wack the clutch in second around 50 mph...

No need to pull it in all the way...its hard to say an exact rev..your really only dumping it to get the wheel just to pop off the ground a little.. physics does the rest

Yes I understand but when u let the clutch out so you still keep in accelerating?? The answer is Yes I'd assume.

if you use clutch you can lean forward. Without a clutch just little tug on the bars. ( and over it goes ).

of course could be that these later models are more restricted.

I like to use clutch as it gets up at slower speed and you have more room to run(rev range)

    Re: 2011+ 2nd Gear wheelies

Thanks jaket. I think I prefer tge clutch method. I have to be more agressive on the clutch in 2nd gear and keep on rolling on the throttle while I let the clutch out.

Upon further practice, i found that you can clutch up in second from as slow as 10mph
