clutch replacement write up

sorry for digging up an old thread but i just ripped into my 2011 abs model to inspect the clutch plates as i have a strange gearbox issue. anyway it is slightly different to this write up and the differences are:-

1. There is no Special bolt holding the cover on with a crush washer attached. does not exist on the 2011
2. Pulling the starter motor gears out there are no 3 washers it's just the gears and the shaft it sits on.

I just tore my 09 apart. Same type of stuff. False gears. Neutrals between gears and clunky gear changes. Clutch started slipping. Bought all new OEM discs, fibers and springs. Was looking at this thread curious if the thicker discs go in the back and the thinner in the front when stacking them back in with the friction plate. The clutch was messed with by the previous owner so not sure if he had done it correctly to begin with. No manual.

i also don't have this crush washer or the washers as stated above.

Necro bump! Just swapped the clutch out on my 2005 speed triple, easy peasy following this write up.
