New to the Triumph world, Hi everyone!

    Hey guys, I've been riding ~7 yrs. Started on a 500, moved to 07 ZX6 (now my track bike). In between I've had 06 Z1000, 05 SV1000S, 04 ZX6RR (track) and an 07 R6 (track).

Sunday I sold my SV and Z (only meant to sell one but the Z buyer contacted me while I was riding the SV to a buyer meeting). Long story short I went hunting on craigslist and found this beauty.

    2008 Speed Triple
    2300 miles
    Full Arrow 3-1
    Race ECU
    Rizoma MC and bars
Mad Doctor folding LED rear lights
Triumph Luggage- still had tags lol
    Etc.

I'll be swapping these tires out soon (they're originals from 03/0, and maybe doing a fork seal. The right one leaked while strapped down coming home.

I'm going to try the film trick first.

Anyways- I look forward to getting involved, and educated here.

PS- I'm the same on WFOriders, motohouston, kawiforums, svrider, and R6-forum (ZX-Convert).

That's been some peoples experience. High price, low quality. But if they work, leave em be. They look fine.

Welcome. I was looking for an SV1000 when I found the S3. Don't know why they stopped making them. Anyway enjoy the new bike!

Look neat in pics but poor quality! Like some junk you find in cheap Xmas crackers.
Even the Chinese make better stuff. And that's saying some.

Suzuki did a terrible job marketing them. I loved mine- but am very, very happy with the triple. Everything is so tight/fluid. Not to mention how drop dead sexy it is.

As far as the signals are concerned, I'll let time tell if they are junk. Look good and work fine now, of course this bike has been a garage queen it's whole life.

PS- thanks for the compliments guys. Ive only put 20mi on it and I'm already in love.
