Newly added a speed to my old friendly Triumph

Hi, from Hull in England, just bought a 2011 speed in white to sit alongside my 2000 955i daytona (t595 shape). Hope were all squeezing the last out of the dry afternoons before the winter kicks in? Ride safe you mo-chuffers

We are having the most amazing Indian summer this year. Virtually no heating or cooling for the last month. Unfortunately I have not been able to put a helmet on for most of it due to the 60 stitches in my face. Might get a quick ride in this weekend just to run her before my brother shows up and we rip out the entire furnace and AC systems and start over from scratch. We put in the old system 30 years ago so I can't complain!

It's been downright weird here this year. All of September and most of October were unseasonably warm. In fact, I just closed all my windows and turned on the heat last night for the first time since about May. Normally in the Northwest late September is when we start to get pretty cool nights, and by the first week of October frost is common. There was some frost in the area yesterday morning and it was chilly, but that was the first of the autumn weather we've seen. It's supposed to be quite chilly by Monday morning now, with temperatures down into the 20ºs, although it's supposed to be mild through the weekend and a bit wet.
