    Wheelie in second??

Hello, just want to know, i have a 2011 speed triple, and on first gear, the front end point the sky with a little twist of the right wrist. But in second, i have to climb the engine in the 7000rpm, release the trottle and re-open it agressively to lift the front wheel. Or, use the clutch. I ask it because this summer i have try the 2010 Kawa Z1000 to a friend, and this bike wheelie in second as easily as in first, with only a fast trottle opening on acceleration.
If i compare the two bike, triumph is 133hp and 82fp of torque and the Z1000 is 138hp and 81fp of torque.

Please let me know if you must beat your 2011 in second to lift your front wheel.

    Thank's
    Black speed 2011

your wheelie "issue" is consistent with that of my 2009. there are more variables here than simply output numbers. gearing, tire sizes, wheelbase, suspension geometry and/or damper settings.
Ha! You came to the wrong place talking that shit. We missing bone, spleens, testicles, and common sense from riding bikes.

Weather/altitude has a lot to do with performance also.

Mine lifts right up in second with throttle or a flick of the clutch. Shoulda gotten an 05-10. Your bike has the weight a bit more forward than ours. Be careful in first. It will put you on your ass pretty quick.

I had my best to date the other day driving home from work. My supervisor and friend was next to me on the highway while I was going 50 ish. He hits it in his truck so I stand mine up and ride it out next to him while looking over at him. He said I was up for a 1/4 mile at the least. Got mad props on that one. Coulda held a bit longer but was coming up to a curve in the road.

Second gear wheelie, 5000rpm clutch it up change into 3rd and overtake your mates, Third gear wheelie,7000rpm clutchit up and ride that pony or if your draggin someone off at traffic lights just let the bike lift in second and about halfway up crack third and leave them suckers behind while your still flying solo

Ride with confidence. Not your ego.

My own improves right up in second with reduce or a film of the clutch system program system program program program program. Shoulda gotten an 05-10. Your motorcycle has the bodyweight a bit more ahead than ours. Be cautious in first. It will put you on your ass very fast.

So if I practice a new tune on my bike should I program doing wheelies after?
