    Mounting SH847 regulator

Has anyone here mounted a SH847 regulator? If so, did you mount it in the stock position? If not, where did you mount it?

    Any suggestions from others?

    Not sure Cuz.
I put a SH775 in recently and it fitted in the stock position on the front of the battery box.
It is a pita to access but only two bolts.
At least one mounting hole is just in the plastic so should be easy to enlarge if required.

I think the 847 is bigger than the 775. I put my 847 in the "stock" position but could only use one mounting screw. I think I zip tied the other hole to a frame member.
