    Hmmm....
"Laid it down" sounds so much gentler than "crashed horrifically"...almost as if he was tucking it into a cozy warm bed.

I'll take that tasty Ohlins stuff for my Speedy, that's all I need.

But I'm glad Triumph is giving her some love.

I like the black lights. I "built" one on Triumph's website with all the accessories I'd want... almost 20 grand!

The more electronics, the less I like something.

I've never been a fan of any type of "mode" settings for any vehicle/bike. If you can't control it when you drive/ride it, you probably shouldn't be driving it in those conditions if at all.

With that being said, I do like the new style.

Looking at the dyno comparison from the 2015 to 2016 there is about 3 ft/lbs more torque thru the midband both bikes having nearly identical peak power at 7900 rpm. I had my R3 too long and after a 1290 sd demo last fall I was hoping the new speed would get a bump in power...The speed is my idea of the natural progression of the trident, my dream triumph, and this 2016 "flagship model" is a bit disappointing considering what other brands are doing. I think triumph is following HD's business model too closely as in overpriced underpowered compared to the competition. I won't be selling my speedy though because at less than 2 years old I can't even get 1/2 what I paid for it.
