My new S-3 (349 miles) will not start. It is at the dealer awaiting checking out by a two week behind service dept. All the details are on the RAT net under "06 Dead in the water"-does anyone have any help or info, possible a factory bullet update or something. ?? I have tried about everything and now the dealer has the bike. any suggestions?

I read your post over at tRat.net.. I was betting on the simple things.
1. kickstand down/ in gear
2. on.off kill switch
other than that it is a combustion engine fuel, air, spark not turning over BUT doesn enguage i would head to no spark.. waiting in line for server stinks man I'm sorry.. Hang in there.

Have had same problem a couple of times.First time dealer actually used Subaru top end cleaner to free my sticking valves,had a mate who worked there at the time and he said the valves actually had slight rust on them.Don't know how the [email protected]&* that happened.Have heard about not even touching the throttle at all when you start it as it sends a message to the computer to inject more fuel causing it to get too much fuel thus making it not start.
Hope you get some answers soon.
