I got the bike back from the dealer after the 1st service and checked via TuneECU what map they put on - it is the 20488 (Arrow slip-on, 91 Ron/87 AKI fuel) and apparently the only map they use. However, based on the TuneECU mapping table for my bike, I thought I could/should use the 20487 map ( Arrow slip-on, 95 Ron/89 AKI fuel).

The bike is running fine and only minor popping under deceleration.

Should I just keep it or change to a map that takes advantage of running premium fuel (93 readily available in the tri-state area) ?

Thanks
Tom

I forget all this stupidity when I was looking for a map for my CW exhaust.

From what I remember, Ron is not what we use in the US. Europe uses Ron or AKI and Australia uses the other one. The US uses (R+M)/2 which produces a slightly different octane rating than Ron. So Ron 91 is not the same as RM/2 91.

I doubt you'd see a difference between a Ron 91 and 93.
