2011 Triumph Speed Triple SE Bar Weight - R&G Racing question

I purchased a 2011 Triumph Speed Triple SE 15th Anniversary on February 28, 2023 from a private party from whom I wanted to permanently remove the handlebar end mirrors. I placed an order directly online for some of your products as well as other R&G via Motostarz. I tried just today to install the bar end sliders but no luck. Ditto for the molded lever guards. Attached are some pictures to that effect. Is there a problem with my handlebar? A missing part? Should I buy a new handlebar for my Triumph Speed Triple SE and then the bar end sliders and molded lever guard will be functional and compliant?
