Hey all, it looks like a the boat full of lunatics moved over here and you can't have a boat full of lunatics with out a ******* so here I am. Anyway I had a couple of tech questions regarding the forum because I am quite computer retarded. (Can I say that here?) How do we post pics, do they have to be stored somewhere like photobucket? Also How do you get a pic on your signature? Thanks guys and thanks Cata for what appears to be a great site with many new members suddenly. BTW are you paying Devi a commision?

It's very similar to Trat but even easier. Simply copy and past the URL for you picture (from Photobucket or Flicker or wherever) like so:

http://farm1.static.flickr.com/54/141688402_43bb0b656f.jpg

Then highlight that URL line like so:

http://farm1.static.flickr.com/54/141688402_43bb0b656f.jpg

Then click the option you want to do to that line from the palette above. In this case, choose the

button.

This results in the following picture:

To make a URL clickable, just chose the

button. (not really necessary as the software does this for you)

To make highlighted text bold, chose the

button. And so forth.

Clear enough?

Yeah, you have to go to Photobucket and open up an account. It's real easy. To change your avatar picture on your signature, you have to go to your profile and click on forum profile information. There will be a section for you to change and make your own personal avatar picture. From Photobucket, choose the picture you want to use and make sure you use URL. Just copy and paste in the space provided. Hope this helps.
