I purchased a 2001 speed triple in a bit of a state. Got it all cleaned up last job is tighten the very slack chain. I have the right tool , YouTube show you just loosen the 17 mm bolt done that but can’t move the adjuster. So thought might me at max. But it will not move back either. Do I need to loosen wheel nut on either side
