Watched the second MotoGP race of the season today. Wasn't as exciting as the first but still good. Damn, Rossi checked out and left everyone in the dust to take the win!!!

That's what I want to know.

I'm ashamed to admitt I missed it because I was shopping for baby stuff. :jerkit:
In the states it was on Speed and they usually replay it once or twice later in the week. I think on Tuesday because that is there day of motorcycle programs.
They only show them on The Speed Channel from what I know. Rarely do they rebroadcast the races. All of them fall on a Sunday and if they do rebroadcast, it's usually mid-week sometime. Just need to check your guides who ever provides your TV service. (Dish Network, Direct-Tv, Comcast....ect..)

It was almost as boring as an average F1 race. Everyone riding along in a nice queue from start to finish. I hope there will be some of the actual racing again, as the season progresses.

The 250s were much better this weekend.
:afro: any one knows when it will be  re-broadcasted !!!! Maybe Casey will win on the next time around!!  :jerkit:
Speed channel should be re-named the NASCAR channel! All they show most of the time is NASCAR! They use to have more of a variety, but now they just plain suck!
Yes, any time Rossi has a lead the race tends to be a bit 'boring', as a race anyway. But there's all sorts of stuff still going on - Rossi's pass of Pedrosa that first lap was a classic 'take no prisoners' move; Nicky's start was brill, then he started to go backwards; Colin's ride was such a controlled one it was lovely to watch; Stoner going backwards at the beginning, then aggressively coming back to 5th; poor Hopkins was fantastic but his very odd looking crash would likely not have been one had he been fully fit from his hand injury; Elias was very quick; Checa also in flashes. And the top ten qualifiers were covered by one second!
Fascinating race, a good start to the season - now we have a month to wait - bugger.
Cheers

I always tape them (someday I'll convert to a DVR). Then I can watch them at my leisure, fast forward thru the commercials and rewind & slo-mo the passes & crashes. The 250 race was a cracker, the lead changed several times in a single lap. You can go to http://www.speedtv.com/ to get all the schedules.
Can any explain to me why the commentators always pimp Dnaay Pedrosa as the heir to Rossi's crown. Granted he seems to qualify well, and when he can get in the front of the pack, he usually holds on. But the horrible pass he attempted on Hayden, that knocked him out of the race last year, and he seemed to crash a bit himself. Is it just me hate'n on him, or is he a bit spastic to be the heir...
I think it's Repsol and Alberto Puig that have him groomed as the next Rossi. There's no doubt he's bloody good, quick and smooth. He doesn't seem to have the balls to the wall mindset in him yet - if that comes, he's going to be complete.
What he really needs is a personality transplant, tho - he's the most boring, robotic bloke that ever put his leg over a GP bike. Oddly, though, at Laguna last year, the cameras caught him when he was wandering in the pits, and he came across as a delightful little bloke. However, put him on stage, and he's made of wood.
And nobody will ever be the next Rossi - Graziano broke the mould after Valentino was produced.

Cheers

Sure looked like he did last year. Enough to take out Nicky for a little bump. Seems like the top ten are real close. The Yamahas are running real good.

Next race isn't until April 22nd in Turkey. The only other race coming up before that is World Superbike on April 1st at Donington Park.
And WSB Valencia April 15.
