I'm headed up to VIR to watch some friends of a friend race in August. Anyone else planning on going?

The wife won't be happy, I'm spending a week in Sturgis then the following weekend at VIR. ;D

hey Golf, man I'd love to go. Last year was the 1st year I didn't go to the AMA races there. I love going, but don't know if I'll have the funds quite yet. I'll let ya know a little closer to date.

I'm thinking about headed there cuz I've never been to a bike race before. Is the whole weekend fun or shud I just be there for the Sunday Race? Also there are so many diff types of ticks; which is best for the money?

I'm going, for sure. I'll be back up there the following weekend for a trackday! Funded by VISA...

I'm gonna try to get up there early on Sat & camp out, hopefully catch the FX and SS races & all the action on Sunday. I'll pick up the SuperPair ticket & sell the other half to somebody headed to to Road A.
