I really doubt it as the guy I picked my bike up from didnt have any interface for the bikes at that time..

Must the dealer program the speedy prior to the initial start or can you go from crate ( plus oil, gas, battery...) and turn the key?
I've been told that the dealer must encode the dealer number, etc... prior to the fuel pump activating.
Anyone know?
