I finally got the parts back from painting - charcoal grey metalic. Put the coated and wrapped header in place, mounted the coated Trident half system, installed the cold air kit, put the reworked intake parts back on, and of course, changed the plugs and oil.

With all of the latest work, the engine started right up, and took a couple of seconds for the ECU to adapt to the new idle air setting. After a brief ride, I NEED to start work on remapping it again. It pulls like never before, but has a couple of areas that need more fuel - especially on the top end. More fuel = more power! ;)

I can't get it back on the dyno for a couple of weeks, the shop I like to use is closed (atleast for dyno tuning) until after the NHRA race in Memphis, TN.

Bucket,
Feel free. "Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery". Triumph should offer this color from the factory, it sure beats Lime Green for 2007 models. I can even give you the paint code if you want.

I bought the bike with intentions of painting it. I spent a year riding it in Scorched Yellow, while looking for the exact shade I wanted to paint it. Then finding a shop that would do a good job was a bit of an issue. But it is all well worth it, in my opinion.

Kuhlka - when posting, there is an option to upload photos direct, not pasted. That is what I have been using.

How would you prefer that photos be loaded into posts?

I use the Insert Image button. It pops in the html code and you just paste in your link to the photo from your host. If you're already using that, then I haven't a clue why they aren't working unless you're using a host who requires you to have a membership or something. I host all my photos on my own domain.

She is a lovely sight. Could be improved a little quite easily?

I would suggest the tupperware is changed for a black reservoir, metallic gold wheel rim tape and those reflectors removed.

Oh and those 4 holes on the frame (2 on each side) where the rear pegs used to go ......... need filling with something...... maybe 4 small round decals? ;D

I guess I need to update the photos.
The frame has been touched up. The rear sets are powdercoated black, the reflectors are removed, the forks and headlight buckets are black, The levers are black Pazzos.

I need to order a new brake pazzo lever for the GSXR MC (and the black Tokico calipers) that are going on this week.
