OK so the rear tire I will need the 46mm or 1 13/16" socket.
The front tire I have the SM and it looks easy. But it looks
like I'll need a hex head for the front axle. Did anyone do
this?? and If so were did you get the tools??

I just did this.
I ended up getting a universal tool, but you can make your own. Get a bolt with a 22 mm head and a 22 mm nut. have the nut welded to the bolt. I don't weld and the guy I had do mine isn't good at it. the weld broke and I ended up having to buy the tool for $40. The inch bolts are torqued at 20 NM and the spindle at 90 NM It's really an easy job once you have the tool. Just remove the calipers, take the time to push the pads back and clean em up real good while they're off.
