Any performance changes?

I ask because I just coated and wrapped my header as well. The bike is still apart getting painted and I haven't had a chance to run it yet.

I just wrapped my headers. I don't know if I had an exhaust leak or if the wrap really makes that big a difference, but I can feel it. I pulled the pipes off to wrap them and replaced the gaskets with new ones. One of the header bolts was loose.

I will test my coated and wrapped headers as soon as it stops raining - I only wrapped the header primaries the length of the oil cooler. In the past, I have found a small but noticeable performance by wrapping headers. Mostly I do it to keep the heat in the header and NOT in the radiator, oil cooler, and intake air - this alone could explain the small performance gain and improved throttle response I have noticed on other bikes.
