That's a single disc alright......It helps with my wheelies, lighter hey.
The real reason is the other is warped beyond use. So one is better then nothing. PS One works pretty good, you just have to squeeze alittle harder and pray she'll stop.
Thanks to this great fourm, I found a good used set.
