sweeeeeeeeet, welcome to the nuttiest nuthouse this side of the world wide web! :horse: Git yer tools ready :wrench: as Devi would say... STOCK SUKS! ;D
thanks...i'm a modaholic and proud of it although when i comes to bike it's mainly the basic bolt ons and cosmetics. i've got a few parts arrive this week which should improve the looks of the bike by a tad. can't stand the stock mirror.

here's my real pride and joy:
supercharged goodness:

still can't decide on what cans to go with for the s3 but i picked up a set of used blue flame stainless slip-ons to tie me over until i decide on a system...i hear s3's are make some pretty nice noise when uncorked so i couldn't wait.

lol...too late, i've already spent half my afternoon reading old posts in there (sorry boss, i promise i'll make up for it tomorrow).
there was a link with progression pics of my car. she's actually been away from home for a good part of the last 6 months getting the S/C work done. it took a lot of time trying to hack and tune the stock engine management so the shop doing the work finally gave up and went with a stand-alone running alpha-n software. sent her to another shop yesturday to rip out the old showy system and going all out with a competition system.

here's a couple current ones

Sweet Beam......
After seeing the M3, I feel like I gave this guy too good a deal on my 'Flames! Seriously nice whip, I love german cars, especially Beemers! Seen the new 335i? AWESOME CAR!! Oh, and you forgot to tell these guys I sent you over here from ebay of all places. ;D Glad you could join us sy, but watch out for cheap, he'll be sleeping on your couch and eating your food before you know it, and Devi, who'll have you throwing all kinds of money at the S3 just cause its "what the bike wants". ;D
thanks for the compliments. the car wouldn't have been able to get to it's current form without support from a few sponsors. so much easier to get sponsors/partial sponsors on cars than bikes...maybe it's because i've been around that scene longer.

anyways, looks like i joined a great gang of guys and gals. i already did my own fender eliminator this afternoon with a dremel and a cordless drill--couldn't stand the huge ass. the bike is much cleaner now and for my first hack job, it actually came out okay. also put on a CF hugger+chain guard dress up the rear a bit.

just waiting for some new-to-me blue flame exhausts now *wink

Ouch!!! Ummmm it all unbolts and you can use just a bit of aluminum stock for a fender bracket...... That'll clean up the rear a lot. ;)

lol, it's actually not a hack job. took everything off and trim the fender nicely. i'll take a pic tomorrow. when i get some time this weekend i'm gonna go buy a small peice of aluminum at home depot and a LED strip at fry's and do what you did.

good eye! trim 71 blower 8.5lb of boost, intercooler + oil cooler and an alchohol/h2o cooling system
Welcome....LOVE that white. Had one myself...
so it's been exactly 2 weeks of being completely bike-less. nothing worse than knowing i've got a new bike + bunch of parts laying around waiting for me to get home. at least this board is keeping me sane for a littel while longer
This board and the word "sane" don't belong in the same sentence.
