I cleaned my 2017 speed triple yesterday, on riding to work today my headlights are off and this blue light is on my dash. I’ve tried hitting every switch I can see on my handlebars and they’re not coming on/blue light isn’t turning off.

Fuses checked and all good.

I don’t know if I’m being really dumb here but I can’t for the life of me figure out what’s going on!

I'm not sure how much has changed since my 06 model, but I'd be checking your headlight relay. Swap it out with - say the fuel pump relay and see if the headlight function returns to normal.
