I would just like to say thank you to everyone that posts on these sites to help me make my decision :wave:. I picked up a 1999 Speed Triple on Saturday from BOKANGEY on the T-Rat site. This bike is in great condition and I can't wait to put some miles on it. As a kid, all I ever wanted was a Harley Davidson, I had a CBR 600 when I was younger and loved it. When I was 27 I finally got the HD and it never really compared to the performance of a sport bike. Two weeks after I bought my Harley I was standing in our local Triumph shop lusting after the Speed Triple. Two years on the Harley and I finally sold it a month ago. I found a great 1999 Speed Triple on T-Rat. I drove down on Saturday and picked it up. 16 hours round trip and a tired butt, I finally have the bike in my Garage. Too bad I have to wait until Wednesday to get it registered. Damn Work!

Now if I can talk J-Pip Triple_rider out of selling his, we will have two Triples in our riding group.
