I got my bike out today and went to five different places looking for riding boots. Sportbike places are hard to find around here so i went to two HD dealerships, nothing. Went to two different outlet stores, nothing. I even went to an army surplus store and was ready to by some jungle boots, nothing. Nobody, i mean NOBODY, carries wide fit boots. My work boots are nine EEE. So, who makes some decent riding boots in that width. At this point i'am not particular, just something that fits. Lars.

I hear your pain, buddy.  I wear a 11 1/2 EEEE.  That's quad E.  Most sportbike boots are built for Europeans with AA width feet at the widest.  Narrow footed fuckers.  Makes you wonder how they stand up at all!

So far the only boots I can find that fit me are Alpinestars- which I don't particularly care for.  If I buy a 12 regular I can wear them with some comfort.  Any other brand and I have to buy a 13 or 14 and just live with an inch of boot beyond my toe.

I'm thinking of going to an off-road boot just because they seem to come in wider sizes.  Plus a row of buckles up the side just looks cool.

Limey! Thanks for sharing your size 56 riding boots!

Hey Lars, Did you try Rocky's Great Outdoors? Annoying when you can't find anyplace within a hundred miles that carries "good" gear.
Yeah , i tried rockys. I know a bunch of people there, i used to work there back in the day. Everybody carries lots of styles but you better have a standard size foot or you are shit out of luck. Alpine stars are the only ones that come close and i dont really like em, they look like bedroom slippers. Joe rockets are like Nike shoes, they just run narrow. About the only ones i found that i could live with are the Harley boots. They had several that i could live with after i take the neon, chromed, atomic powered HD tags off.
Hey, do you remember where the old Anderson honda near pontiac is? I think they might have something, gotta wait til Next week when mommas home from work before i can go. Hangin with junior for a few days.
