Hmm, well well. Thats the dealership where I bought my bike. I like most of the people there pretty well. Aaron and Todd in parts are great guys and go the extra mile to look parts up and try to get you what you need. The girls in apparel do a great job trying to find exactly what you want and are willing to custom order anything you need.

Dennis in service is a guy from my local sportbike group (www.tsbr.us) and while he's a smartass and a player with the ladies, he's a hard worker and has no trouble telling you exactly what he thinks. He's got years of experience building and rebuilding obliterated bikes from the ground up. He's got a Honda that has been destroyed completely 8 times and its still running. If you REALLY need specialized or just good quality bike work, tell him 'Kuhlka'/Rob recommended him and he'll probably give you his phone number when the boss isn't around.

He's also a machinist and works with another friend of mine, Bob, who does an awesome job making full-on custom rearsets, triples, pegs, you name it. You'll be on the bottom of the list for that though unless you've got a LOT of money to flash being they don't know you yet and you're not in TSBR. I'm trying to get into the queue myself to get some custom triples and bits made for this GSXR swap now that Steve from Racecomp has given me the rundown of what I need to modify to make things fit.

But hey, if you live in the area drop me an email and maybe we could meet up for a beer or you could shoot out to Jed's Maumee to meet the TSBR guys. I'll be there tonight around 7pm.

Oh, I forgot to mention that Northcoast gives you something like a 5% discount on all purchases if you buy a bike from them. Big whoop, I know.

Of greater note, TSBR has a discount worked out with Hondaeast in Maumee that is excellent! Who knows if something similar could be worked out with Northcoast, doubt it. If you come around enough and apply for a TSBR ID, you get a substantial discount on your Hondaeast account so every time you buy stuff there it applies. Just something to think about. If you can make it out to bike night tonight, lemme know. My cell is 419 320 2970.

Yeah, Sonny is the 'founder' and resident super-promoter for TSBR. I do most of my riding with those guys, as there are so many squids in Toledo.

We've got some guys in TSBR who started up a new trackday company www.Apex2Apex.net
They're a good group of guys.

Northcoast and TSBR are doing an Iron Butt Rally run down to Tennessee next month the weekend before the Speed Triple meetup at the Dragon. 1,000 miles in 24 hours. I'm semi looking forward to it. It was my idea to begin with, but my idea was to do a loop of Lake Michigan, not do mostly highway miles down south and back via I-75. At least they changed the trip down to state routes insteady of I-75... Oh, and you have to pay $10 to participate AND raise at least $25 for charity. Dunno if I'm going to raise any money, but I'll probably attend. One thing I HATE doing is soliciting for money, regardless the cause.
