Motodynamics integrated tail light problems

I just installed the motodynamics integrated taillight. I worked for a quick second and now neither the brake or the turning signal will engage. It seems to want to work sometimes, one of the sequential light will engage, but other times nothing happens. The running light is on, and so is the license plate light(just turned it off) but nothing else. I'm confident that the install is correct. I was thinking my battery is the problem so i bought a new one and am charging it now.

I checked the fuse, it's fine.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I've owned the bike for 2 months now and am not familiar with it yet.
