Bought it brand new f(2007) from Suzuki dealer friend of Cata's. For starters before I pick it up, they're installing the lowering links and a tank protector. I've read you can lower them as much as 1.5-4 inches depending on the year. Dealer didn't suggest that I lower her more than 2 inches (he actually didn't want me to lower her at all since I can get on the balls of my feet, but I'd rater flat foot).J-Pip said:Right on! Good bike, I hope to add one to the stable as well. How are they going to lower it?
Good idea....if you can only get the balls of your feet down, you only have to pull up on an uneven or sloping surface and suddenly there is nothing under your foot......and over you go!Little Cat said:(he actually didn't want me to lower her at all since I can get on the balls of my feet, but I'd rater flat foot).J-Pip said:Right on!
