Well, I feel I made a pretty good email deal with Peter from GMD Comptrack Boston/New York here. I've been able to rope him into answering some questions when he can. I was lucky enough to attend one of his suspension seminars and I can say I watched him tear down and reassemble both traditional forks (like on my 04) AND USD (like on the 05 and up models) in less than 3 hours while answering questions from the group and letting us chow on pizza. He's a busy guy and the racing season is coming up for 07 so please be patient in waiting for replies.... Thanks!

Please direct all suspension related questions to the new topic under the S3 Garage found here. http://www.thespeedtriple.com/Forums/index.php?board=34.0

+1 on the Thanks Cata and Welcome Peter. Because I don't know any better I set my 06 S3 suspension up to the suggested settings from Sport Rider. I would like to learn some suspension basics.
