As much as I sometimes want to yell "RTFM" or "do a F'n search", the forum here is not nearly as bad as the others I frequent. This is because the members who post here are a better breed.

Some guys never had someone show them which end of a screwdriver is the working end, but they want to learn. It is the responsibility, of those of us who can, to help. If we don't help and educate, it will be our own fault skwidz will rule the forums and streets.

Let's try to make this a no :squid: zone, and help when we can.

If you see a :squid: on a Triumph, slap him profusely about the bandana and neck with great enthusiasm.

This site is still young enough (but set up well) that it is easy to find what you are looking for, and somethings you were not, but should be.

There is one way to end a LOT of the questions.

We all kick in and develop two threads:
1.) A FAQ to answer all the frequently answered questions.
2.) An UBERTHREAD/superthread that has links and a small summary for each thread that everyone thinks is important, or helpful.

If you guys think this is a good idea, start sending me (via PM) the stuff that you feel would be good in a FAQ, or links to stuff that should go in the Uberthread. Simply title the PMs "FAQ" or "Uberthread".

Just click on the square baloon under my avatar (<<< on the lift side) to start a new PM.
