I know it's the wrong bike, and I'm not even contemplating ditching my trumpet, but can you even imagine Triumph trying this approach?

Evidently it's been fairly controversial, and KTM pulled it off their website, so I suppose we already have our answer. Does make the bike look attractive, tho.

That was awesome! Thats how I ride around town, minus the stopies. There is loose sand on the road randomly in the desert. I personaly think its a conspiricy against hooligans, or it could just be my paranoia. Delusions aside.... Triumph should make something along those lines for the S3. I garentee they would get more sales, posibily a law suit though.

I think the boxer advert is much more fitting than that quick and squirrely japan version. Triumph needs to get Kevin Carmichael or Kyle Woods in a Ghostrideresque outfit on a black S3 and make a video like that.

Man I like the orange! Let KTM steal that "Harley" color... Harley can switch colors to a more appropriate (read: SLOW) yellow! :horse:

Besides if Harley has the corner on any color it's black.... How many times have you wanted to go over to a preening HD owner and say "WOW! Another black HD. Don't see those every day! So much better and more original than the yamahondazuki you're all bitching about!" :devil:

Nah. Public outcry followed in 2005 when the commercial aired and SDuke was shiny new. It has all calmed down now.

Very nice advertising tho. I wish more motorcycle manufacturers would have the same balls to go full on testosterone on their campaign. Instead of the usual "appeal to the office weaklings" -type ads where they try to sell bikes as some sort of liberation from mortgage, kids and an unappealing wife.

Edit. The second Japanese take sucks. Mainly due to the crap 80's synth-pop backgroud tune and lack of men punching each other in the face.
