On my '02 S3, the speedo sometimes stays at 0 when I take off, and doesn't work for the duration of the ride. Of course, the odo doesn't work either.It usually works when I stop and start again, but not always. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, what was the fix?

Reflash the ECU with a new tune should fix it. Seems to stem from a loose ground connection, or a low or a dying battery.

Thanks. Presumably the dealer does this? Do they usually charge for stuff like this, electronic fixes?

It should be covered by your warranty...

Otherwise, Tuneboy will let you reflash your ECU whenever you want.
