Dfib,
Great to see you there....but, how come you don't have a pic for me? What am I, chopped liver? It's not like my bike was the FUGLY yeller or NOT ORIGINAL black. I wish I'd taken more pics myself. GREAT time today. Ride on.......
Aptech - I though about taking a picture as I was about 10 miles down the road! :violent1: :violent1: Just an excuse to try again in the fall or next spring! I believe you have the honor of being the first TS3 member I've met in person! :drink:
Next time we have to travel about 20 more miles. There is a metal sculpture place that bears checking out just down the road. Fucking cool as hell!
Note: Truck is powered by a 9 cylinder radial engine!

Cool R3 with a segway on the back... Check out the engine painted to match the bike! By far the nicest bling R3 mod I've ever encountered. :drink:
I hear ya, riding out the spring kinks is always rough... My throttle wrist was pretty damn sore by the time I got home. Gotta stop twisting so hard! ;D
nice pics dfib! Looks like alot of fun. And hell no, that ain't me, WTF would I move to IL? :twofinger: So what the hell is up with the steel graveyard turned into an art festival? :violent1: ;D
Not quite sure what the deal is. It appears the owner of the scrap yard decided to do metal sculptures one day and just went nuts. They are very cool though. We went through pretty fast being we were on a time line, but I plan on going back later this summer when I can spend a full afternoon checking it out. I'm noticing things on the pics that I didn't as I walked through.
