Any sightings of steel rear sprockets for Speedy? Decorative hole patterns like on stocker would be a plus.

My heavier ZVM2 chain seems to be eating away quite rapidly on the Renthal alu sprocket.

Any reason for the ZVM?
Combination of a lazy luber & frequent experimenting with sprocket sizes -> stretched VM at 20000km.

So my conclusion on replacement was to go up a notch on strength. Which does not seem to agree with the alu rear sprocket. Seemed like a good idea on ordering time.

An interesting page on a 520 conversion (and weights compared to stock) on a Daytona:
Yes. Especially the chain weights. Might be that my conclusion of chain weight being the culprit here was a bit too early. If the difference between 520 and 530 is so small, I wonder how much different the 530 VM vs. ZVM2 are.

Oh, well. No harm giving the Steel a try. Sprocket Specialists seemed to have it on offer.
