Any suggestions as to where to start. My bike is an '02. I'm thinking I may start from 10158 and work on it from there. That tune corresponds to my VIN and aftermarket exhaust over on the tuneboy tune list. I don't think I've got SAI on my bike, I'l look again but I don't think I saw any connections other than the O2 into the headers.

I'm waiting for the tuneboy cable and codes to put the pipe on because I fugure it'll run like crap till I can tune it. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with this particular combination?

The problem is that no one has done any Zard specific tuning for that year model.
You may need to start with what is available, and go from there.

Kuhlka may have what you need. PM him.

Anyone out there done any tunes yet for an 02 with a Zard? I've still not had the time to dyno tune mine and with the db killer out it feels like all the bottom end balls are gone.
