I've found H-D riders gawking at my Speedy. I get my hair cut at this place where you can also get your tat or piercings done. Usually a good number of guys hanging out just spending time and always a bunch of H-D's outside. So I come out from getting my cut and there six of em standing outside lookin' the S3 over and compliment me on the ride when I walk up. Yep Speedy was lookin' sweet sitting amid all the Harley's and got noticed.
Then when I dropped her off to get some rubber while I'm out of town this coming week same thing happens. I pull up to the private shop I kinda use for some stuff and right away three guys walk out and say 'Man, what kind of bike is that." I tell it's a Triumph and the one guy says "it looks mean" :devil:
Now if I could get the women to pay that kind of attention to me ;D

That is a good feeling indeed. Had the same thing happen when I went to the HD shop for a dyno run. I had it sitting out side and not only customers, but quite a few employees came out to gawk.... ;D

That's why I love this bike. People that are in the know about such things always respect the speedy, and squids who don't know any better never really know what to make of it.

The ninja gets the most rides (I use it to commute). The speedy gets the most miles, usually two rides per weekend. But I like have a cruiser, too, so I don't plan on selling the harley; which I usually ride once per weekend.

You really shouldn't be wearing that sheepskin jacket in the heat of the summer. The women are probably commenting on the size of your pit-stains.

i walked out of the local white-trash bar (that i don't go to) a few weeks back and had a crusty 'ol harley guy walk by and say "nice bullet". been getting waved to a lot by HD'ers lately too. maybe it's just the "summer of love". (pride weekend here btw )

Oh man, you're kidding. That thing brings out all the weirdos. Not that men who work in coffee shops are all weirdos. Just those extremely bizarre, walk down the middle of market in a paper out fit, weirdo.

Went to the Flight 93 memeorial in Somerset, PA this weekend there was over 200 bikes in the parking lot. My green s3 stood out in the crowd and got the most looks. Makes me feel good.

I did another track day this weekend, and Speedy was the ONLY naked bike there. I had more than one rider come by after the sessions were over and gawk over the bike, asking questions, wondering what that bike was that passed them going into turn 1...it was another sweet day giving sport bike riders hell!
