this is the first beemer that looks like it's both rideable and within my pricelimit. think i could actually get across the country on one of these. and maybe chill me out a little....

Not sure how well they will do in the USA but I think they will do well in Europe. Sort of like the TDM Yamaha's but a little more modern and advanced. I'm looking forward to some real reviews, not the introductory impressions published so far.

They are pretty good . Only thing I didn't like on them was the belt drive . But it is a cool combo with a single sided swing arm . I like them . :sign7:

yeah, it seems really neat, and if pfieffer uses one, well, shit. i could have some fun i'm sure. i like it's curves, kinda ugly, but pretty at the same time, i don't think i'll have the cash to go through with it, but i'm thinkin about it..

One of the mags did a comparison with it against a Honda VFR800 and it held its own quite well. The VFR is considered the elite one-up sport-touring machine int the ST world.
