Okay, so I went and bought a pair of snap ring pliers skinny enough to get at the snap ring that LOOKS as though it holds the baffle in, but the damn thing won't come out :violent1:. For fear of damaging my brand spankin' new zard, I stopped there. So, what is the secret to getting this phookin' bastard out? :wtf:

look for spot weld at about 12:00...and then drill into it...then use hammer to loosen it up...then out it'll come

I saw the weld spot, and wondered if that was the culprit. Do I need to drill all the way through the weld, or just the flat plate that the baffle is centered in?


*Edit* Got it out of there, why on earth would you WELD a baffle in? Is the c-clip not enough? :finger:
