I saw these written up in one of the cycle rags recently. They seemed like a great idea to me, I have tried numerous earphone arrangments and have always had trouble with them moving away from my ears under the helmet. They were a little pricey but I figured I'd save money in the long run by not buying anymore earbuds to try out. I stuck them inside my Arai today. They have rings of velcro surrounding each speaker which stick like glue to the ear pocket liner material. They ain't moving. The wire tucks up nicely under the neck roll and it meets the other speaker's shorter wire in a 3.5 mm plug which extends a couple of inches out of the helmet. This plugs into a 20" or so long extension which also contains a thumbwheel volume control which can be easily accessed while riding.

I hooked them up to my elcheapo Creative mp3 player and took a spin. Volume was fine in my opinion but I could see that the optional amplifier could be a worthwhile purchase later on. I gives 'em two thumbs up..........

Nice! I might look into getting some of those. It looks like they may do the trick. That, and they have your personal seal of approval, which is all that I need.

Instead of the amp try putting pieces of foam in the ear cups to "shim" the speakers into sitting closer to your ears. Thats what I did with my Scala Rider ones
